Clark County Distance Carnival

Thank you for lending a hand in the community!

The Clark County Distance Carnival is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, and we would LOVE for you to join us in a volunteer capacity!

Whisper Running for two great events this spring! They are the Evergreen Public School Elementary Track Meets on May 21 and June 4, and the GSHL Middle School Cross-Country District Championship Meet on June 7. 40 volunteers are needed for each of the track meets, and 10 for the XC Championship Meet. Please consider volunteering for any one (or more) of the options. Note: volunteers must be COVID vaccinated. Thank you!

Volunteer Positions & Times

Please arrive 15-minutes prior to the start and report to Dave Caldwell.

7:00am-10:00am, venue set-up

8:45am-11:00am, Long Jump officiating (raking, measuring, recording, etc.)

8:45-11:00am, Lap Counter

8:45am-4pm, Athlete Check-In

8:45-4pm, Athlete Coral Duties

10:45am-4pm, High Jump officiating (placing bar on standard mostly)

3-5pm, venue take-down
