Lake to Bay ventures through 20+ regional parks and trails, including Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park, Vancouver Lake Regional Park, Arnold Park, Leverich Park, Alki Road Park, Salmon Creek Regional Park, Heritage Park. Lacamas Park, Wintler Community Park, Marine Park, Waterfront Park, and East End Park. Trails include Frenchman’s Bar Hiking Trail, Burnt Bridge Creek Trail, Ellen Davis Trail, Discovery Trail, Salmon Creek Trail, Padden Parkway, Lacamas Heritage Trail, Round Lake Trail, Waterfront Renaissance Trail, and Vancouver Waterfront Trail.

Leg 3: Generation Homes NW Sponsor Gift Leg! After a slight detour off the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail, you’ll traverse the cute Ellen Davis Trail, finally making your way to the 1/2-mile loop where you’ll pick-up your complimentary gift, then venture back down EDT to the finish by resuming the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail.
Leg 5: Superhero Leg! Dress in your favorite Superhero costume and take to the streets for a wicked-fast 1.5-mile leg! Super awesome!
Leg 11: Disney Costume Leg! Disney fans rejoice, your time to shine is here! Sport your favorite Disney costume for a beautiful run in the hills of Round Lake!
Leg 14: Fleet Feet Vancouver Sponsor Gift Leg! Let’s goooo! The penultimate leg of the race running along the mighty Columbia River, runners will venture onto the jetty to pick-up your complimentary gift, then head back along the waterfront trail toward the final exchange!
