What is Lake to Bay?
Lake to Bay is a single-day, 1-7 person team, 62.2-mile (100k) relay or ultramarathon event venturing through the beautiful cities of Vancouver and Camas, Washington. Teams begin in waves every 20-minutes from Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park, run to downtown Vancouver, loop clockwise around Vancouver and Camas, finishing along the Old Evergreen Highway, and into the newly developed Vancouver Waterfront! The 15 segment course includes 14 exchanges for the relay teams, which serve as Aid Stations for the Ultramarathon runners. Click here to view the course route.
This event runs through city parks, along sidewalks and park trails, through crosswalks, in bike lanes, and on the shoulder of narrow roadways. This event is not a street race - streets are not closed - and all runners are required to abide by pedestrian laws.
Registration fee includes race entry, one car pass to two regional parks (Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park and Salmon Creek Regional Park), event t-shirts, finisher medals, post-race meal hosted by Twigs Bistro & Restaurant, and memories of a lifetime!
* Runners younger than 12 should consult with Coach Dave prior to registration. Thank you!
RACE DATE: Saturday, June 28, 2025
REGISTRATION DATES: Late Registration June 1-14. While extra t-shirts will be ordered, we cannot guarantee a shirt for teams/individuals registering late.
