Lake to Bay Relay

Lake to Bay is a single-day, 1-7 person team, 62.2-mile (100k) relay or ultramarathon event venturing through the beautiful cities of Vancouver and Camas, Washington.  Teams begin their journey in waves departing every 30-minutes from Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park, run to downtown Vancouver, then loop clockwise around Clark County, finishing along the Old Evergreen Highway, and into the newly developed Vancouver Waterfront!  There are 15 segments/legs for an average of 12-miles per person on a 5-person team. Click here to view the course route.

This event runs through city parks, along sidewalks and park trails, through crosswalks, in bike lanes, and on the shoulder of narrow roadways. This event is not a street race - streets are not closed - and all runners are required to abide by pedestrian laws.

Registration fee includes race entry, one car pass to two regional parks (Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park and Salmon Creek Regional Park), event t-shirts, finisher medals, post-race meal hosted by Twigs Bistro & Restaurant, and memories of a lifetime!

* Runners younger than 12 should consult with Coach Dave prior to registration. Thank you!

Lake to Bay 100k Ultra

The Lake to Bay 100k Ultra is a new option for the 2024 year. 1-person or 2-person ultramarathon finishers will receive the Lake to Bay finisher medal AND an ultramarathon finisher medal.
