Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2019 Track season.
What: One of the best forms of cross-training can be water-based exercise. In our case, we will perform aqua-jogging. Aqua-jogging belts (or another form of flotation device) will be provided.
When: Please arrive at 6:15pm, at which time we will have access to the lockers where runners may store their belongings. We will head for a 30-minute run at McLoughlin Middle School, then end back at the Propstra Aquatic Center for 50 minutes of water-based exercise. We will do our best to be out of the pool by 7:45pm.
