Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2018 Track season.
What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.
When: To ensure the most effective use of our time, attendance will be taken at 9:05am, at which time we begin our warm-up, divide into predetermined groups, and complete the first half of our training (on the track). We will finish with some light stretching in room 135. Practice will conclude promptly at 11:00am.
