Whisper Running offers both group training and one-on-one training options. Group training days are set for the fall and months and can be found by clicking on the calendar at the top of the Whisper Running website. One-on-one training can take place on most days of the week or weekend, during most hours of the day. Check-out the information below for more information.
- Group Training: The group training option is for those who are versed in the sport of running by means of understanding the basics of running, have a decent base-fitness level, and have a general sense of what a running practice may entail. Whisper group practices include a group warm-up, drills/dynamics, a speed-endurance workout, cool-down, and stretching. If you are familiar with drills (various skips and dynamics), as well as interval training, then group training might be for you. Packages "WINTER TRACK CONDITIONING" and "RUNCARD" are the two current options for fall and winter Whisper training. If you are unsure, then registering for a few one-on-one sessions might be a good fit, which leads to the second option - one-on-one training.
- One-on-One Training: Private training is for runners who may need a few sessions to create a training base and/or familiarity within Whisper training. To help you get started, a minimum of four training sessions is encouraged, but you may choose more or less. Sessions typically last 60-75 minutes. Pending a number of factors, runners will typically advance to the group training option.
