Summer Training Options

Choose a training option that best fits your needs.  There are two options to choose from.  The first option is group training, which includes pace groups of similar abilities.  The second option is for runners needing a few sessions to create a training base.  If you are a runner needing help deciding which training option is best suited for you, please contact Coach Caldwell by completing the Prospective Athlete questionnaire.  If you are a parent deciding which option is best suited for your child, please fill out the Contact page.

Come join us this summer as we embark on nine weeks of solid training in preparation for the 2017 Cross-Country season!  Join runners from around the Vancouver-metro community and tap into your fullest potential! 

Training will include:

  • Weekly, off-season workouts.
  • Prescribed interval pace based on regular assessments.
  • Integrated Psychological Skills Training.
  • Video Analysis to assess and improve running gate.
  • Cross-training to ensure an agile and dynamic running body (pending location of running workout).

One-on-one training

For runners seeking one-on-one training and dialed-in paces, workouts are run with Coach Dave to ensure self-control and accountability are balanced. 

Training will include:
