Who: Registered runners preparing for spring track (or spring XC for some middle school runners).

What: Sprint, middle-distance, and distance training.

When: 6:30-8:00pm

Where (this is a flex location, meaning we may have to move on some nights): McKenzie Stadium is located at 2211 NE 138thh Ave in Vancouver, behind Evergreen HS (north side of EHS). Because the stadium is often used for other activities, if we have to move to a different locations, we will move to the track at Evergreen High School, which is a few hundred meters to the southeast of McKenzie, closer to the buildings (east side of Evergreen HS campus). What to Bring/Wear: Runners should attend dressed for the conditions wearing layers they can peal off as they get warm: shorts, sweat bottoms, shirt, long-sleeve shirt, windbreaker jacket, and possibly gloves and hat. They should also bring a water, small snack, and any medicines/pharmaceuticals they might need (inhaler, EpiPen, etc.). Inform Coach Dave if there are any medications/pharmaceuticals that could impair, impact, or improve health.
