Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2018 Track season.
What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.
When: To ensure the most effective use of our time, attendance will be taken at 6:05pm, at which time we begin our warm-up, divide into predetermined groups, and complete the first hour of training on the track. From approximately 7:00-7:25pm we will perform cross-training exercises and stretching exercises in the gymnasium. Practice will conclude at 7:30pm
