Be a part of one of the best races in the northwest, when Nike hosts qualified High School runners from throughout the nation.  Race and Event information can be found here, and the community 5k race/run information can be found here.  All Whisper Runners who are interested in running in the community 5k race are encouraged to register ASAP (space is limited).  The event is free!

Two notes for this race: 1) if the weather is decent, I want to encourage you to arrive early so you can watch the HS races prior to the community race.  The first race begins promptly at 10:05am.  2) Though I am encouraging you to run in the community 5k race, I will not be in attendance.  I will be out of town from December 1st through 3rd, returning at 9pm on Saturday the 3rd.  Anyone wishing to practice on Sunday, December 4th, I am happy to meet with you - text me and we can set up a time and location.
