Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2018 Track season.
What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.
When: To ensure the most effective use of our time, attendance will be taken at 9:05am, at which time we begin our warm-up, divide into predetermined groups, and complete the first half of our training (on the track). The second half, cross-training from 10:10-11:00am, will take place in the gymnasium, room 128. Practice will conclude promptly at 11:00am.
