Friday Training

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR FITNESS JOURNAL.

Practice Location: Park in the Red 1 Parking Lot at Clark College.  We will meet in the O'Connel Sports Center (OSC) in front of the Fitness Center to answer any questions that parentsmay have, and review the workout of the day with the runners.  Summer training from this location will take place at one of the following terrains:

  • 1k loop around tennis courts.
  • Fort Vancouver Park.
  • Dirt Track on SW corner of E. Reserve St. & E. Mill Plain Blvd.
  • Hudson's Bay HS track.

Training Agenda: Coach Josh will host the Cross-Country conditioning and preparation training on this day.
