Practice Location: Shahala Middle School (601 SE 192nd Ave, Vancouver, WA)

Parking: Upon driving into the parking lot, continue straight through the stop sign and park near the end of the lot.  The track is on the northeast side of the portable buildings. 

Training Emphasis: Hurdlers/Sprinters Blocks/Technical work.
