Thursday - Clark College, 5:30-6:45pm (Sprints & Distance)

Practice Location: Hudson’s Bay High school Track for both Sprinters and Distance runners.

Please get into the habit of bringing a bag (sling bag or similar) with an extra layer for warmth, a water bottle, a headlamp, and a reflective vest.
