Practice Location: Pacific Middle School (2017 NE 172nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684)

Parking: The track is tucked behind the buildings, so please walk your child to the track at the start of practice. We will conclude right around 7pm and meet you at the parking lot for pick-up.

Training Emphasis: Sprint & Middle Distance work (100m to 2-mile)
