Community Track Workout!

Who: Anybody with a body, come join Whisper Runners as we embark on a moderate speed-endurance interval workout.  Pace groups will be formed after waivers have been signed and everyone has checked-in. 

What: We begin with a 1.5-mile warm-up, perform drills, strides, then a workout consisting of 2-3 miles of total work.

Where: Shahala Middle School (601 SE 192nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683)
