Free Seminar: Season’s Lessons
PRESENTER: EVAN PRICE
Evan Price is a local professional triathlete, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and an endurance sports coach. He has been a runner for two decades and has embraced the concept of slow and patient progression in endurance sports. Evan’s seminar topic includes healthy ways to process your own performance, setting your own goals and direction, and embracing a long term approach to endurance sports.
In the days and hours leading up to the seminar, audience members are encouraged to begin thinking about their own relationship with running, as well as questions and comments on personal goals and ambitions.
This will be an interactive experience with the hope that you can all grow in your outlook on what endurance sports can give you over the next 10, 20 or even 30 or more years of you life.

If you would like to run 4-6 miles prior to the mobility session, meet Coach Dave in the Red 1/2 parking lot at 4:30pm and we will head out for an easy run together. Belongings may be left in the bed of Coach Dave’s truck prior to departing for the run.
