WHAT TO BRING: Mom, dad, guardian, and/or siblings(s).

REGISTRATION: No RSVP necessary. Please share with your school track teammates.

A few extra miles!: Intermediate and advanced distance runners are planning to meet for some easy miles at 4:30pm in the Red 1 or Red 2 parking lot at Clark College, prior to the mobility session. If you would like to run 4-6 miles prior to the mobility session, meet Coach Dave in the Red 1/2 parking lot at 4:30pm and we will head out for an easy run together. Belongings may be left in the bed of Coach Dave’s truck prior to departing for the run.
