Practice Location: Park in the Red 1 Parking Lot at Clark College. We will meet in the O'Connel Sports Center (OSC) in 128 (large gym), review the workout of the day, then begin practice. Fall training from this location will take place at one of the following terrains:
1k loop around tennis courts.
Fort Vancouver Park.
Dirt Track on SW corner of E. Reserve St. & E. Mill Plain Blvd.
Hudson's Bay HS track.
Please get into the habit of bringing a bag (sling bag or similar) with an extra layer for warmth, a water bottle, a headlamp, and a reflective vest.
