Welcome to Winter Training!
Who: Registered runners preparing for spring track (or spring XC for some middle school runners).
What: Weight Training. Upon arrival, runners should sign-in on the clipboard located on the counter in 218, place their belongings in the cubbies, and find a place to lay their mat.
When: 8th-12th grade runners attend 5:15-6:05pm, 4th-7th grade runners attend 6:10-7pm.
Where: Clark College OSC (O’Connell Sports Center), second floor in room 218 (gym). Park or drop-off in parking lot Red 1 or Red 2. Click here to view a campus map.
What to Bring/Wear: Runners must bring their own yoga mat, wearing clothes they can comfortably stretch in. They should also bring a reusable water bottle with them (no plastic water bottles).
