Monday Practice - Hudson's Bay Track

Practice Location: We will meet at the track at Hudson’s Bay. From there, we may use the dirt track on the SW corner of Reserve & Mill Plain, the hills at the Fort Vancouver Regional Park, or the 1k loop at Clark College.

Training Emphasis: Middle Distance and Distance training (400m to 3200m), speed-endurance work.
