WHO: Registered Whisper runners

WHAT: Cross-Training is an integral part of training theory within Whisper Running.  Wednesday's in June we will devote to one hour of running-based exercise, followed by one hour of cross-training,

WHEN: 9-11am running based activities, 11-noon cross-training in the gym.

WHERE: O'Connell Sports Center at Clark College 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Building OSC, Room 128 (main gym). From Fort Vancouver Way, you will want to access OSC through the Red 1 or Red 2 parking lot, the drop your child off in front of the OSC building. Upon arrival, your child will want to walk into the building and the gym is just ahead. From OSC, training will take place at one or more of the following locations:

  • Fort Vancouver Regional Park

  • 1k loop on the NW corner of Fort Vancouver Way and E McLoughlin Blvd.

  • Hudson’s Bay HS Track

  • Memory/Mill Plain Park track on SW corner of Mill Plain Blvd and E Reserve St.
