WHO: Registered Whisper runners
WHAT: Sprint & Distance Training
WHEN: 9-10am running based activities, 10-11am cross-training in the gym.
WHERE: O'Connell Sports Center at Clark College 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Building OSC, Room 128 (main gym). From Fort Vancouver Way, you will want to access OSC through the Red 1 or Red 2 parking lot, the drop your child off in front of the OSC building. Upon arrival, your child will want to walk into the building and the gym is just ahead. From OSC, training will take place at one or more of the following locations:
Fort Vancouver Regional Park
1k loop on the NW corner of Fort Vancouver Way and E McLoughlin Blvd.
Hudson’s Bay HS Track
Memory/Mill Plain Park track on SW corner of Mill Plain Blvd and E Reserve St.
TRAINING AGENDA: Speed/Agility/Power/Quickness work for sprinters and multi-sport athletes. Cross-country conditioning and preparation for distance runners.
