Group Training - Middle School

Winter group training consists of three training days each weeks for middle school and high school runners.  Training locations and times vary, so be sure to remain up to date by checking out the calendar page.  Generally, Tuesday training takes place at Clark College from 6-7:30pm.  Thursday's are at McKenzie Stadium from 6-7:30pm.  Saturday's are back at Clark College, from 9-11am.  All Tuesday's we will include some form of cross-training in the main gym at Clark.  Some Saturday's we will do the same.  Tuesday's and Thursday's we start promptly at 6pm to move quickly and remain warm (as warm as we can possibly be).  We will aim to conclude right at 7:30pm too ensure the runners can get home for dinner, finish homework, and get to bed on-time.
