Come join us this summer as we prepare together for the 2018 Cross-Country season!  Join runner from around the Vancouver-metro community and tap into your fullest potential! 

Training will include:

  • Three group workouts each week.

  • Water therapy work to reduce bodily stress.

  • Prescribed running interval pace based on current fitness and ability..

  • Integrated Psychological Skills Training.

  • Video Analysis to assess and improve running gate.

  • Cross-training to ensure an agile and dynamic running body (pending location of running workout).
