Three Sport Psychology sessions covering one topic each week, each session lasting 60-minutes depending on team availability. To allow for consistently, meeting weekly is encouraged.  Workshops are to beheld at the teams school or practice facility.

* Once a workshop has been scheduled between Whisper Running and the head coach, parents or athletes can make their payment online or pay in-person at the time of the first workshop.
